Exploring the right retail image was the challenge of this corner site in a large retail center in Colorado. Bookman's, a purveyor of new and used books and music, was looking to
develop a trademark image as they began to plan their regional expansion. The use of computer-generated imaging allowed the design team to explore several different approaches,
as well as the ability to present the concepts to the land developer.
By creating buildings electronically, this 'Virtual Building' can be used to test the success of proposed
designs, and their suitability on the site, without a great investment in time or resources.
