Aspen Grove Apartments
The vacancy rate in this aging complex was rising and rents were having to be lowered. The proram challenge was to breathe new life into the site on a minimun budget and without disrupting current residents or closing buildings.
By stripping plain brick boxes of their uninteresting detail, adding new entries, simple balcony systems and a new clubhouse, this apartment complex went from a class 'C' to an 'A' facility.
