The Ridge at Sailing Hawks
One of the program requirements for the design of this beautiful site overlooking Lake Havasu was that the Condominium units "have style" as opposed to "being a style". The result is a a uniquely modern desert expression, combining simple forms with dramatic interiors. In order to avoid the streetscape redundancy often found in repetitive design, the units are placed at an angle to the street and combined in various pairings to provide variety and interest. Another unique feature is the placement of large RV garages beneath many of the uints to house boats and other over-sized recreational vehicles.
