Grace Church Expansion
Creating a unifed and secure campus while planning a phased expansion was a primary goal of this project. By orienting future phases around a new central courtyard and providing new, well-designed security points, a formerly open, unsecured pair of buildings will be transformed into an attractive and secure campus. A second goal was to maximize expansion on a very tight site. This will be accomplished by placing major storage beneath the raised Sanctuary platform, and constructing a multi-story Phase 2 classroom building that shares the Sanctuary lobby for space efficiency and control.
