Oasis Family Church
This congregation was looking for a modest start on a large parcel, with plans to ultimately grow into a large congregation. Phase 1 called for a complete church building, including Sanctuary, Classrooms, Offices & a Kitchen, which will be converted into classrooms in Phase 2 and ultimately a Youth Center in Phase 3. As the Phase 1 building is adjacent to a neighborhood, using a residential scale and material vocabulary will make this phase a good transition to future, larger-scale buildings.
